These terms govern your use of nailecreations.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them together with our return and refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

References to "we", "us" and "Nailé" in these terms mean Alex Winter AB. Alex Winter AB is also the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; colour may vary with screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batch. Minor variation is not a defect. Our nail sets are press-on products intended for temporary wear and are supplied sealed for hygiene reasons.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT where applicable. Shipping, taxes, duties and any fees are shown separately at checkout before you pay; the checkout total is authoritative.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a price or product detail is obviously incorrect, we may decline or cancel the affected order and will refund any payment in full.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, details are incomplete or incorrect, or we suspect misuse or fraud — and will tell you if we do.
6. Payment
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout and may vary by market, currency, device, order value and provider eligibility. Payment is processed by Shopify's secure checkout and approved providers. We do not store full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our shipping policy.
8. Returns, withdrawal and complaints
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, and we pay the return shipping. Your right of withdrawal, the sealed-goods exception, and how to make a complaint are set out in our return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Discount codes and promotions
Codes may be limited by date, product, market, minimum order value, customer eligibility or combination rules, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value and may not be resold. We may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.
10. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account used in breach of these terms.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it by automated means without consent, or submit content that is unlawful or infringing.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, images, designs, graphics and the Nailé name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
13. User content
Where you submit reviews, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
14. Liability
We are liable for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breach or negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including your mandatory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for loss arising from your misuse of a product or failure to follow supplied instructions.
15. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
16. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order governs that order. Changes are effective when published here.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you also enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may refer it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se, or the equivalent national body in your market. We follow ARN's recommendations.
